2005 was a very, very troubled year. We must move in a more bold, aggressive manner and with a greater degree of urgency.

Sales results were good in many low-margin, non-wireless categories; however, we experienced lower sales in high-margin categories. In addition, wireless sales and profits were below our expectations.

We must close underperforming, low-volume stores that are draining resources of the company.
