A broad-minded person hardly suffers and is not easily insulted, hurt or rejected. Since the soul is immense, the poison of pain is easily dissolved. A narrow minded person, however, is easily defeated. His mind is so small to contain the vast reality of life. Expand your soul.

We don't need a conflict-free world. What we need are people who brave the waves of conflicts, determined to reach the shore of understanding and reconciliation.

Let’s help if we can, keep silence if we can’t

Wise. To be knowledgeable means having more information in our head, to be WISE means CHOOSING to do what is good. That's why not all knowledgeable people are wise. It's only those who CHOOSE to do what is good according to the will of God.

My former high school teacher once said: "John's brain is a size of a peanut." Now, before I go to the stage to talk to teachers, I would buy some peanuts and eat them. Then, I would tell my audience: "Never prophesy for the students. Reserve the foretelling to God. He alone holds the future of these kids. You never can tell."

Assuming always that the lessons you heard and read are not for others but for YOU, that is WISDOM.
