A faithful friend is the medicine of life

Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful (Proverbs 27:6).

A faithful friend is a strong defense, and he that hath found such a one hath found a treasure.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. (Proverbs 17:22)
