A few of them have cried. We do this for a lot of waitresses. We talk to them and learn that it's their first child.

The waitresses are the best I've seen anywhere. They joke and talk with you.

She hoped that they would someday find a cure for cancer. She never wanted her kids, or anyone, to go through what she had gone through. She was always there for other people. If she was in a store, and someone ran short of money buying groceries, she would pay for it. She was always trying to do something for other people.

To see the sea of all of the purple shirts coming, you just stand there in awe.

The relay is just a great night, and a great place to be.

It's optional, ... We're going to have the whole thing decorated with a Halloween them, and probably, some of the waitresses will be dressed up. If (participants) would like to arrive in costume, they certainly can.
