Who's happy to see you.

You like for who they are
Not just for what they can do for you.

There was a young girl named Ratchet.
She had skill and no one could match it.
She wanted to be
More stylish and carefree,
But she couldn't give up her Ratchet.

Moms are the ones
Who make sure of a lot of things
Like that their kids
Wear nice clothes,
Comb their hair,
Brush their teeth.
And moms teach their kids
How to fold laundry
So their cloths aren't wrinkled,
How to make scrambled eggs
Without turning them brown,
How to make a girl feel like a girl
Without a mom to make her
feel that way?

Shade for a man
And shelter for animals,
Planted in your name,
May you be the same for those around you,
Every year the same.

I am a big believer that you have to nourish any relationship. I am still very much a part of my friends' lives and they are very much a part of my life. A First Lady who does not have this source of strength and comfort can lose perspective and become isolated.

There is no happiness like that of being loved by your fellow creatures, and feeling that your presence is an addition to their comfort.
