A full refresh has not been done since July. We have crawled, but we have yet to publish the results. Pretty much everybody is working on it, it is our No. 1 priority.

We took a big hit when we discontinued our affiliate program in April.

We don't have a set schedule, but refreshing every 45 to 60 days is a reasonable goal. Publishing a brand new index every 28 days has suddenly become imperative. Something that we've seen because people have become more savvy in their searches and because competition has been pushing the envelope.

We hit a glitch adding the international databases.

We had terrific results, yet we're not firing on all cylinders. The one we're not firing on is our consumer business, which we saw good customer interaction and lower credit costs, but we also saw revenue growth was not where we hoped it would be.

He hasn't done any reforms yet, so they would like to see the results.
