No one has a greater asset for his business than a man's pride in his work.

I've made 30 movies and for the most part my movies work. In a business where success is an exception and not the rule, I've mostly been successful.

There's a tremendous amount of pride and tradition. While we haven't had the kind of success the last couple years, the guys realize the history of the program and the expectations. We expect to be there and we're not accustomed to not being there.

We've all got to work to restore business confidence...but I believe that longer term we may look at Enron as being a positive as opposed to a negative. It may lead to greater transparency.
