A lot of new bats have a handle that bends on impact. I don't really like that. They don't seem to have as much pop.

It doesn't seem to be having a negative impact.

James seems to be doing better. He doesn't seem to be as hesitant as he was.

That was very uncharacteristic of our team. Our guys didn't handle the entire situation very well and one thing led to another. We compounded our mistakes and allowed one to turn into another. You can not be tentative against pressure. Louisville sensed our tentativeness and fear and jumped on us and took us right out of the action. We got what we deserved.

It really broke him up. Those experiences have had a profound impact on me. It's just so striking what the university has done, is doing and will do for the people on an individual basis. To think that I will have a big role in helping to move this institution into the future is just awesome.

Seeding is everything when it comes to that tournament. Where you go and how they place you can really (impact) how far you go.
