A lot of people don't realize we even have a team. We don't get a lot of attention because we don't have courts on campus.

What's getting all the attention is we have South Dakota putting out this direct frontal attack. I'm actually just as concerned about what they're doing every day on the ground. If you restrict access to the point there is no one who can or will do it for you, you've taken the right away. And that's becoming the reality for women in many states in this country.

Just keep a respectful distance.

I really like doubles because there's more involved than in singles. We bounce off each other. We pick each other up. It's nice to share the responsibility. We both like to serve and volley which makes us a very aggressive team.

We definitely have an advantage because it's nice to know you're comfortable with the courts. This is the best team we've had since I've been at Duquesne, and we're going to be even better next year because there are no seniors on the team. I'm hoping we can finish in the top four. That's something we can accomplish.

The teachers here take so much more interest in the students. They're giving him the individual attention he needs.
