A lot of people have a misconception that roses won't last for more than a day or two; but if taken care of correctly, roses should last a week to two weeks. We are more than happy to inform our customers on proper flower care.

We're living in a day and age where you never know how people are going to react, if they're going to become violent or become confrontational.

We work all week getting our cut flowers arranged. Most of our customers prefer to pick from pre-made floral arrangements; but if a specific type arrangement is requested, we will do it. We also put together Valentine gift baskets.

First, we have to try and determine how many flowers to order by reviewing the previous year's sales, and figuring in outside factors. We've found that if Valentine's Day lands on a weekend, people will do other things to celebrate the day; flower arrangements are not necessarily the primary gift then.

I believe we can look forward to the day when we win the title.

At the end of the day it's only a semifinal and the Cup is still there to be won.
