A lot of the kids come in with a lot of aggression. We usually try to calm them down and get them to think boxing.

There's some kids that are real hyper. No matter what you tell them, when that bell rings, they're going to let it fly.

Most kids come in right off the bat, they want to put on a pair of gloves and beat on somebody. That's not the way it works.

It's a great strategy for getting what you want. A lot of aggressive kids think aggression works. They think about one outcome, but not about the others.

I've pent up all my aggression, kept swallowing it and swallowing it.

Over time, aggression is a marker of every negative outcome that there is.
