A lot of times we were making our own mistakes. Catching and throwing in particular.

That's just due to them (Lady Hawks) being young, and making some young mistakes. But they finished, and I'm happy that they had a lot of heart and a lot of pride.

We definitely prepare really hard for every team and these teams [Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt] are really competitive. Every game we have a target on our backs as the No. 3 team in the nation and everyone gets ready for us, so we have to get ready for everyone else.

They capitalize on all our mistakes which is why they won the last time. I think communication within the defense will help us be more aware and if we minimize our turnovers we should be fine.

And I think more of a concern has been not within the campaign, the mistakes that were made, not being able to react to the circumstances that those mistakes created in a real positive and professional and helpful way for John McCain.

Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate.
