A man is what he gives to this world.

It is a fool who seeks to build a monument for the greatest of his ancestors, for all he had to do was witness his own reflection, he was their greatest memory, a living one. He bore their likeness in a way no statue or painting ever would, carried their legacy within his own veins. His every action in good faith would testify to their magnificence that no historical account could quantify.

There are but two kinds of men that will walk this earth, those that serve a human, and those that will serve humanity.

Its our eyes and minds that allow to see difference, but its our humanity that truly allows us to see past it.

To deliberately damage or harm any holy book, any book really for that matter is wrong. They are receptacles of knowledge and ideas, keep them and storing them and disseminating them for the benefit of humanity,books ultimately exist to serve, regardless if one agrees with it or not. It was an assault on knowledge and enlightenment, that sad desire of some to see the triumph of ignorance over wisdom.

In being human I was a part of this world, yet in being a soul I was apart from it all the same.
