A man need is pain to be delivered from the pleasure of sin.

The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery. Galatians 5:19

It is better to seek the pain of heaven than the pleasure of hell.

Hate sin. Love righteousness of God.

Therefore, since Christ suffered in His body, arm yourselves with the same resolve, because anyone who has suffered in his body is done with sin. 1 Peter 4:1

It is better to be slave to righteousness than slave to sin.
