A moratorium is necessary when there is something dangerous. But all our activities are transparent.

The agency's monitoring would extensively be limited and all the peaceful nuclear activities under voluntary suspension would be resumed without any restriction.

We only need to notify the IAEA that we are resuming enrichment. When we do that is our call. If Iran is reported to the Security Council, we will do it quickly.

The national security doctrine of Iran has no place for an atomic bomb. You cannot destroy a country or wipe it off the map through democratic means.

We are of the same idea that this plan should be considered in the IAEA and in a peaceful manner.

If they want guarantees of no diversion of nuclear fuel, we can reach a formula acceptable to both sides in talks.
