A portfolio is a lifelong project for any creative. I'm rather partial to the creative side. I think it's the most stressful and demanding side of advertising, but it's also the most rewarding.

You have to be a team player and to be able to get along with others because all of your work is done in a team framework. You have to know how to compromise and have a sense of humor.

Internships play a vital role because all these [advertising] agencies want someone with experience, and even the limited experience you get as an intern is valuable. A number of students use their internships to get a job. Even if there are no openings at that company, if they've done well, people will recommend them to others.

I'm a designer, producer and I am hands-on for every project I undertake. The creative side of what I do is really something I think people overlooked for a while.

They called it a partial tear, but I think it was more of a stretch of the muscle rather than a tear.

We may be partial, but Fate is not.
