ACD Systems has taken a significant step forward to realizing its growth potential. Tim and Jon have proven expertise in building dynamic sales organizations. Their skills and leadership will help ACD Systems deliver the sales results that will increase shareholder value.

Nasir has contributed to our current level of success and achievement, and on behalf of the company, I wish him every success with his future plans.

I am pleased that Mr. Mitchell is joining ACD in the role of chief financial officer at this time. He has extensive financial knowledge from over thirty years in global business, and industry knowledge as a member of our board since 2002. We look forward to working with Mr. Mitchell.

More of our growth over the 5 to 10 years will come internationally than nationally. Having their expertise as part of the team effort really gives us a leg up.
