ARW intensity predictions are very encouraging. Five years ago, accurate intensity predictions weren't even possible.

For instance, we're as accurate today on a five-day forecast as we were 15 years ago on a three-day forecast. So that improvement is almost a doubling in the accuracy of forecasting.

NBC is stable and our vital signs are encouraging. Most predictions were that we were going to go from bad to worse this year, and that hasn't happened.

We know this Scotland are very, very different from the Scotland of five years ago,
