Accidents happen at night. They come around the curve and flip it, and they wind up in my driveway or across the street.

And they're traveling very, very fast together and I think last night, we saw a few accidents.

It's a common combination. Especially the speed. Generally, (accidents) are at night driving so fast that you can't keep up with what's in the headlights.

We hope to high heaven that (the accidents) start to go down, Playgrounds are safer than they were.
