According to the U.S. Census, the most common reason people give for not voting is that they were too busy or had conflicting work or school schedules.

They had about 15,000 people do early voting and vote absentee and now they're hoping for a big turnout on Saturday.

It's not a census. We're doing our best to find out who's there and to find out why they're there. And we got a very, very good cross-section of why people are there.

We are taking that on, which is part of the reason there's so much work going on this year. It's going to be a Herculean effort to get this done.

Voting yourself a nice pay raise is not the reason you were sent to Harrisburg.
