After the last Plant game, we changed the whole offense, because this year the defense in our league has been a lot tougher. We began running a zone offense to combat Plant's defense. All we did in the lead-up to that game was concentrate on beating them.

We're looking at new places in that part of the world.

They work their way down the line and everything is made to the customer's specifications.

It's just become a more accepted, more mainstream culinary choice in this country.

Those three kids have swung consistent bats all spring and they came through with those doubles all in a row. That was some great hitting.

Our growth has been quite measured. It's never been our intent to impose a lot of restaurants on the world but rather to keep pace with the demand for our food. We've very methodically entered new markets and built in our existing markets based on the demand and what our opportunity has been.
