All of those things will take hold whether you're manufacturing a pill or a car or soap. It's all a manufacturing process.

We're talking not 100 years, we're talking 10 to 15 years from now. The opportunity to do that in Michigan is great. We have the manufacturing capacity in Michigan. And what may be our competitive disadvantage today, might be become our competitive advantage tomorrow. If we don't lose heart, if we stay the course, we will come out of this better than when we went in.

I still believe, and I believe this quite strongly, that the manufacturing sector will, in fact, recover. This is only one month.

Aircraft is responsible for a lot of that decline. My suspicion is that the manufacturing sector will ease up, but the manufacturing recovery is still in place.
