All we want to do is win one game. That's all we're thinking about now. We're not worried about history or winning four games in a row. We don't want to get embarrassed in front of our crowd. We don't want to get swept at home.

We did things hockey players don't ordinarily do, but all the guys took it well. It was very physical. Imagine pushing an 8,000-pound car uphill. I think it made us closer. You learn a lot about each other. Nobody quit. You're not ashamed to look each other in the eye after that.

It's unbelievable to win against Sweden.

It would be such a great honor and such a big responsibility being the captain of the New York Rangers, ... I don't think there's anywhere else that you can compare that. Especially going after Mark Messier, it's going to be tough and a lot of pressure.

I know players have changed their view of the Rangers. We have a chance of winning. Before, maybe they think they come here to make money.

When you're here in the locker room, you don't think abut it. On the off days, you get a sense that there are three days left.
