Along with its economic growth, China has increased national defense spending in recent years. The increased part is mainly used to improve living conditions of military officers and soldiers.

Extra expenses are needed to cover the arrangements for retired personnel and newly employed personnel.

A large part of the increased spending have gone to raising board wages, improving clothing materials and raising subsidies in similar fields. It is necessary if only the price rise factor is taken into account.

We do expect strong growth from the defense sector because there is a global strategy [to expand in this segment]. We have a project in Australia related to logistics systems, which offers us the possibility to provide similar solutions in Latin America.

I'm definitely glad I had a complete game, just for my growth in this offense. Defense wins championships and we've got a good running game. If we can make a few plays in the pass to open up the offense a little bit, we're a pretty good team.

The defense budget continues to grow but at this point, most of the growth is completely dependent on the war-related funding not yet included in the numbers.
