An employee who thinks that by doing more hard work will get more increment or promotion in a private organization is in fool’s paradise; this is saying it confidently because of own personal experience as still living it there in that stupid belief.

Most people are not so stupid to be not able to differentiate eventually between the right and the wrong individual,but it is only the foolish person who continues to misguide oneself solely as if s/he has not been caught as who s/he is as true character.

It is a frailty of a person’s mind to find that an individual is different from an animal and so sheer stupidity to think that the people have brain that can understand better than animals.
