An investigation continues but at this point there is no evidence of improper acts by any specific individual or slate of candidates. I urge all parties to the election process to refrain from accusations against other candidates.

Up to [Monday], there was no evidence at all that there could be -- or is -- an individual in which there might be the reasonable question, 'Did they get infected from a piece of mail that went to their home?' ... That is being intensively investigated right now.

We, in all instances of improper disclosure, do have some kind of investigation.

Because their proposal is based on rather specific models and assumptions and their is no current evidence for it, I would say it logically possible, but not compelling.
