And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; / Till death overtook us.

Judgment is forced upon us by experience

And they call (it) a lie, and follow their low desires; and every affair has its appointed term.

Imagination gallops; judgment merely walks

It ain't nothin' till I call it.

And there is not one of the followers of the Book but most certainly believes in this before his death, and on the day of resurrection he (Isa) shall be a witness against them.
