Any time an organization hasn't won a lot, you have to change the culture. No question we're a better team on paper. But everyone has to have the same level of urgency.

Just because you're down doesn't mean you can't rise to be a cream-of-the-crop team. You just can't feed into what everybody else says. I can't feed into what's being written or what's being said. I've got to come to work knowing that I've got the talent, I've got the work ethic to get this thing rectified, and everybody has to believe that or we're not going to get anything accomplished.

You're not going to bait me into giving you what you want to hear.

I want to see how we bounce back from this. That will tell what kind of team we really have. When you lose to a division opponent, 38-6, now I want to see how we react when we go to Tampa. That's going to tell the tale of what this team is really about.

Yeah, but this is not the same team as last year. This is a whole new season, a whole new team. This is a chance to set our philosophy on who we're going to be.
