Information about the future is much more valuable and interesting than information about the past.

They drove out of the driveway and onto the road, venturing forth into the horizon, spacious and empty, hanging before them blackly, and offering little else but the promise of the red morning sun.

I took a hold of him to see how much he would turn off, thinking of the future and a mile-and-a-half. He turned off fine. He was certainly there for everything he needed through the stretch. I think he is adaptable to about anything.

In the future we probably won't tour as many months out of the year. You start thinking about all the things you want to do in your life and realize you don't have unlimited time. We're at a point where we need to make serious decisions about how we want to live.
