Arthur himself has never seen anything done to the house - not even paint.

Arthur lost his insurance on the house because his roof was collapsing and leaking so bad. Also two rooms that were added on the house are pulling away.

We have to tear off the roof, tear down the garage, and tear down the pantry and back porch by ourselves.

They are doing it again, and that sets up for an intriguing showdown.

First of all, our court is unanimous in 70% of its cases. That's a fact that's not often known, whereas the United States Supreme Court is unanimous only in about 40% to 45% of cases. So our court is a much more collegial court. You don't have these 5 to 4 splits that often.

We have done testing there (in the past) and found nothing that confirmed such a relationship, but we're obviously taking it seriously.
