As a kid I always wanted to play for Siena. I remember going to games at Pepsi Arena with my dad. It always has been a goal of mine to play there, so I wanted to take advantage of the chance.

It's nice to finally get back on track. The last three games, we've put stretches together where we'll play two or three good quarters. Hopefully, we'll get things rolling in the postseason.

Some of these girls don't play a lot (during varsity games). It takes a strong, committed player to a team to do that. They're as important to the team as anybody, especially in practice. Without them, we're not as good as we can be.

I talked to my family about that, and they're fine with it. They just wanted me to be happy.

We said in the beginning of the playoffs, it's a whole new season. It's always been like that for Vermont basketball and it worked out pretty well for us today.

We tried not to let it rattle us. We knew we just had to come out and stay composed, that's one of the big things we've been trying to do all year with a young team.
