As far as standards and academics I couldn't have made a better choice. I had high expectations for her and she's exceeded those. As a representative for IVC, she's been wonderful. I think she (represents) our best foot forward.

Last year, we came into the season with no expectations. This year, the expectations got higher and next year they will get even higher. We're trying to build a program here, not just a team.

Overall (the forecast) looks fine, and I'd say it's pretty much in line with expectations.

Although the underlying operating performance in the third quarter met our overall expectations, our fundamentals still need to be much stronger. As we discussed last week with the investment community, we expect to make meaningful progress going forward by simplifying our portfolio, aggressively attacking costs, and increasing investments behind key brands.

The results for the half-year exceeded our expectations. We made $12 million of new sales in the region and the outlook for the next half is equally positive.

We have no choice but to add density and to go vertical.
