Ashley is the first national diving champion from San Diego County since Greg Louganis in 1976,

San Diego is the best city in the world.

The project would be like a knife slicing through some of the last best natural landscapes in San Diego County. They are some of the most beautiful lands in the county. These are the places that people like to drive through to enjoy sweeping natural vistas.

San Diego is the county that is kind of the furthest off into this uncharted statistical territory, so everybody's wondering what is going to happen locally. The big question there is will prices decline significantly or will they flatten out.

What's amazing is that Ashley has only been diving for two years. It usually takes a lot longer to develop a national champion. And she was diving against 14- and 15-year-olds at the AAU Nationals.

The past nine years in San Diego have represented such a period of questioning.
