Asymmetrical warfare is a euphemism for terrorism, just like collateral damage is a euphemism for killing innocent civilians.

Islamic law is clearly against terrorism, against any kind of deliberate killing of civilians or similar 'collateral damage.'

Wanton killing of innocent civilians is terrorism, not a war against terrorism.

Wars breed unfairness, just as they breed collateral damage.

It's something we call collateral damage, but I don't mean that lightly. This thing creates traffic inside a subnet, creates traffic in addition to what comes in from the outside.

It's never acceptable to target civilians. It violates the Geneva Accords, it violates the international law of war and it violates all principles of morality.
