At the moment we have a contract (draft) that were are looking at with our legal advisors and obviously it will have to be run past the Board to make sure there isn't any conflict of interest.

The multinationals want legal safeguards, but there can be legal safeguards only when a contract is equitable. This is what we want to give, but the contracts must respect the rights and dignity of the Bolivian people. Then they will get legal certainty.
