At the moment, we're working on a solution.

On future business, we evaluate all suppliers on the same basis - technology, quality, cost and supply. Everybody has the same chance to perform under these measurements and see how they perform on the scorecard.

We are still discussing some details. We are confident we don't need legal action.

It was a short-term solution, maybe not the best one, but a short-term solution nonetheless, ... We had the three of us to triple-check so we knew that all of the flyers had the disclaimer on them. All the flyers we passed out had the label on them.

The governor does not believe that is even close to a sufficient solution. The governor believes we need a solution that protects every vote, not 5 percent of the votes.

(The cap) could be fine-tuned but I think it's a very fair solution, ... Plus, it's not our offices job to determine what the state (legislature) decides.
