Basically this is probably the right thing to happen in the end. If it had continued in this way, we certainly wouldn't have released it. Perhaps this has saved that very difficult decision.

It's a tough thing for Baylor to have to start out playing a game like this. Right off the bat, they jumped on us. I thought they started really well.

We've got to bounce right back and get ready for it. It's great when you have the defending national champion and the top collegiate player in the nation in Pablo Martin from Oklahoma State coming in. That's going to be a terrific test for us.

Everything seems to be going along the right path now.

Our fourth quarter operating results were right in line with our expectations. We continue to see improved leasing activities, and our operations continue to become more efficient with our new third-party property managers. The trends in all our markets are positive.
