Bear spray is a very good deterrent.

You have to remember that about half of all grizzly bear deaths are management removals.

The bear is either trapped or transplanted because it's causing problems or in some situations it may be perceived as a direct threat to humans and then shot and killed.

Generally, we're finding that food storage compliance is good. But we've also learned that people tend to get sloppy as they're breaking camp and getting ready to leave.

We're getting a pretty good sample. It acts as a good deterrent.
