Before I get out of bed, I am saying thank you. I know how important it is to be thankful.

I have a lot to be thankful for. I am healthy, happy and I am loved.

It's a wonderful thing to have life and to look at all this creation and say thank you. I even say it on stage.

Thank you for accepting me as I am, with my virtues and defects.

I've been blessed; I've been getting so many amazing opportunities because of the UFC. I know there are going to be haters no matter how successful I am, and I just have to be thankful for all the blessings that I have because all of it can be over before you know it.
