Before we get a sweat off, it's 2-0 against a team that thrives on playing with the lead. Obviously that's not the way you want to do it.

We're still producing players. And we're still a top-echelon team.

We still believe we're a top echelon team and have a lot to prove.

Obviously, after playing at USC where we won almost every game we played in, then going to a team that may struggle, it (will be tough). But it's all (about) preparation and work. I work hard no matter what, and I will bring my accountability and my work ethic to an organization and help that team win.

Sure, it would be nice to have sectional crowns, but realistically we are honest about playing Homestead. Obviously, the other teams in our sectional face the same situation as we do, so we judge ourselves on how we do against other teams, not Homestead.

Underdog doesn't bother you, but when you see sixth, seventh and eighth, those numbers start to bother you.
