Behind a leader there must be followers, but they should always be on the lookout for the main chance and ready to change sides if the current leader doesn't deliver.

The world is changing quickly and we must be ready to change with it or risk being left behind.

We should be ready for a change.

Let's say there existed 100 people. Let's say all of them became leaders. All of their purposes are now obsolete and pointless, because 100/100 leaders = 0 followers and leaders need followers to lead.

Islam is in principle egalitarian, and has always had problems with power.

If you call yourself a leader, then you have to be decisive. If you're decisive, then you have the chance to be a leader. These are two sides to the same coin.
