Being comfortable in one's own skin is not the same as being comfortable in the world. As a matter of fact, the two things can oftentimes be at odds.

What if discord comes from a lack of love awareness? How might an awareness of that change how we interact with others and the world?

Facing yourself can be intimidating, but that is only until it is liberating.
