Being true to myself, observing and applying what works for me is my Integrity and that is more important than my current physical life.

That the ultimate goal for anyone and any group should be, LOVE, granting others TO BE, KNOWLEDGE and most of all TRUTH. Real HONESTY and TRUTH, towards others and most of all yourself seems to be the key to freedom and should therefore be our ultimate “Religion”.

The experience of time is what we make of it and the more we live in the NOW the more we can benefit from this magical illusion.
