Better results will definitely be achieved by resorting to negotiations and using respectful language rather than using the language of threats and intimidation.

We have not received any particular plan yet. Its quite clear that Iran will positively look at any proposal that recognize right of having nuclear enrichment on its soil.

The comprehensive initiative will lead to a breakthrough in the currently stranded nuclear negotiations with Europe, if the Europeans refrain from any precondition they have set on the negotiations.

Heightening tension will make the atmosphere inside Iran harsh, too.... If confidence is to be achieved, it will be achieved only through negotiations. Referring Iran to anyplace but the IAEA won't solve any problems.
