Beyond the many cosmetic changes, we've re-configured the restaurant to provide a better use of the space, which contributes to improved operating efficiencies as well as enhanced customer service.

I think it forces the people that want to compete in this space to really have an international footprint.

A lot of people are doing it now without needing a lot of barn space. They can raise them on pasture with intensive grazing. So they don't need a lot of hard facilities (to raise sheep). They are relatively small in size.

It's a really great space to work in. It's got all of the best equipment, it's got very nice and comfortable seating for the audience, and they've got a pit that you can raise and lower which a lot of places don't have. So it has a lot of benefits.

AT&T will be really aggressive in terms of moving into this space.

First, we needed the revenue that retail will provide. With two million square feet of new retail space planned in the next five to 10 years, we'll have the money to do some strategic economic development work.
