Both have pretty substantial resumes. Pat has accomplished a great deal in three situations. Gerry has a very strong resume based on his nine years in Houston.

I think that would be a pretty strong resume & for the University of Virginia, for Maryland, for Colorado, for whoever the school might be. That sort of profile in our level of league, I believe, would be a good resume.

I would hope (the new GM) would take a look at the job Charlie did. We have a pretty good manager. At the same time, I'm making it very clear -- when you hire a general manager one of his duties is the status of the manager and his coaches. At the same time, we have an incumbent manager who has performed well.

It's going to be a big deal to try and get this accomplished,

I'll miss more than anything being a a part of that team. We've accomplished a lot in the last three years.

Although we have accomplished a lot, we all agreed there is a great deal more that needs to be done.
