Bread has become much more important in a restaurant's menu. Everyone has to have a signature bread.

Most restaurants serve a full menu with liquor now, so this opens up even more possibilities.

One of the lessons of the Vietnam war is that when politicians dabble in military affairs they tie the hands of our soldiers and prevent them from succeeding.
