Brown does not mandate integrated schools. Instead, Brown mandates no segregated schools. Segregation may be chosen by residential patterns.

Not one word in this bill mandates that the equipment be put to use.... But there is no mandate that they be open. No mandate that they pump gas. No mandate to do anything.

Brown I was the policy statement, and Brown II was the remedy.

I went to public schools, and while Gary was, like most American cities, racially segregated, it was at least socially integrated - a cross section of children from families of all walks of life.

Instead of promoting another brand that was someone else's, why not promote my own.

It doesn't appear to be particularly well-integrated. It's not elegant. Ideally, you'd have one single device instead of two devices bundled together.
