Building an airline from scratch is not for the faint-hearted.

It is a bad hen that does not scratch herself.

We clearly are not going to replicate the newsgathering ... our partners have in place, ... clearly it's not for the faint of heart.

This team is not one that's going to roll over and go away. We're going to scratch, we're going to claw, we're going to put good at-bats together, try to get a couple of runs here and there, bite into the deficit a little bit and punch ahead. Tonight it worked out.

It really doesn't cost all that much extra to have nice leather seats and televisions in every seat. But let me tell you it makes a big difference in flight.

The legacy carriers have a real disconnect with their passengers. Try to start a conversation at a cocktail party about how much you love your old-line carrier and see how long it takes someone to throw a canapé at you.
