But you know, this is a bunch of people doing the best they can. They're working hard on something that is very complicated. And they really care about what we're trying to do here.

In the end, the County Commission is the responsible body that has to make these decisions. Whether they follow our recommendations is a reflection on the commission, not the committee. They should have done something about this four years ago.

That ($40 million) cannot keep changing. As far as the committee is concerned, we have to have a firm number to work with.
